General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Each party agrees that any claim or cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Singapore and each party irrevocably consents to and waives all objections to such personal jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with any additional or amended terms with API7 that you agree to by using a product or service available through the Website, or by affirmatively agreeing to the additional terms, are the entire agreement between you and API7 regarding the Website. There are no third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Any failure by API7 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, and any associated rights or obligations, may not be assigned or otherwise transferred by you without API7’s prior written consent. These Terms may be assigned by API7 without restriction. These Terms are binding upon any permitted assignee.
