Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • For Apache APISIX, API7 and other API gateway products, provide after-sales technical support work, solve user problems, to ensure the stable operation of the system. Participate in online duty to ensure complex systems can run stably.​
  • Troubleshoot problems and faults in user environments, reproduce and locate them. Improve documentation and manuals to help users use the product better.​

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with the operation of Linux system.
  • Familiar with the principle and operation and maintenance of kubernetes.
  • Familiar with common CI/CD tools.
  • The ability to locate and reproduce problems.
  • Results-oriented, good communication skills.
  • Familiar with API gateway products, interested in open source is preferred.


We're a remote work company with employees in 6 cities across China, and we do all of our collaboration through GitHub, Slack and Google Docs.
