- Responsible for completing recruitment demand collection, talent search, interview and selection, offer negotiation, etc.
- Complete industry and talent mapping, and effectively analyze, collect and organize recruitment data, and support the construction of recruitment channels;
- Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work and optimize the recruitment work flow and plan.
- 2 years IT Internet recruitment experience, headhunting company IT Internet field operation background is preferred;
- Have mapping experience in enterprises and industries, and be able to organize and implement mapping work;
- Have good practical experience in demand clarification, talent search, interview and selection, and offer communication;
- Have team spirit, strong initiative, positive and enterprising, have their own independent judgment and opinions on things.
We're a remote work company with employees in 6 cities across China, and we do all of our collaboration through GitHub, Slack and Google Docs.
